ESSE Dining Events

Our ESSE dining events are designed with the cooking enthusiast in mind, showcasing the best of what the ESSE range of wood, electric and hybrid model cookers can do.

Led by renowned local chef Misha Laurent from 8Things Eatery in Katoomba, you will be taken on a culinary journey of delightful food totally cooked and prepared for you on the ESSE 990 EL Electric Cooker and the famous wood fired Ironheart stove. Accompanied by enticing local wines, it’s sure to be a fun night to remember.

Whether you’re thinking about purchasing an ESSE, or already have one, the Pop-Up Dining Experience IS FREE. A fantastic opportunity to share information, recipes and tips with fellow ESSE enthusiasts.
