ESSE 700

ESSE is award winning for their flame patterns, and this is supremely exemplified in the marvellous ESSE 700 wood heater. Handcrafted in Lancashire, United Kingdom from top quality materials, this wood heater is all about keeping you warm while still providing for a gorgeous view. With the ESSE 700, you’ll be as snug as a bug in a rug.

The ESSE 700 has a maximum heat output of 100m², ideal for heating a slightly smaller space. This heat is regulated by the two air control sliders, one above and the other below the door, which bring air into the firebox, giving your ESSE 700 that signature ESSE flame pattern. And with 1g of emission, the ESSE 700 is truly clean burning. The top of your ESSE 700 can be used as a cooktop, perfect for a frying pan of sausages or a pot of soup. Inside the firebox, the shaker grate and ash tray allow for easy cleaning.

With a traditional air-cooled flue, you lose approximately 8% of the heat your heater makes up the flue, as it uses the air to cool the flue down. The easiest way to prevent this is to use Pivot’s Room Sealed Flue Kit, which cools the flue with insulation and seals the room as the ceiling, keeping that 8% of heat inside the room. And if you add the optional Outside Air Intake to the back of your ESSE 700, which brings fresh air from outside into your wood heater, you have a completely airtight, ecofriendly system that will help your wood heater perform at its maximum capacity.

It’s not hard to see why ESSE wood heaters are so beloved in the United Kingdom and here in Australia. With the beautiful front, epic flame pattern and being full of hidden features, the ESSE 700 is one exceptional fire for the most discerning of homeowners.
